Q: How long will shipping take?

A: We have had higher order volume and shipping may be delayed. Due to world-wide shipping delays, some items may be sent to you directly from the craftsman. 

Q: What steps are you taking to create a safe environment?

A: We want to assure you of the safety measures we’re taking for you and our employees. Everyone is required to wear a mask. We have regular sanitization and deep-cleaning and products are handled with care.
