SHIPPING POLICY

We have partnered with global artisans and merchants, to offer the most unique products. We think it's worth the wait!

The time frame for our delivery includes: 

Processing time: This includes order verification, quality checks and packaging. All orders are sent to the merchants for dispatch within 24-hours after your order is placed. The merchants then process your order, which takes 3 to 5 business days. 

Shipping time: This includes the time it takes for items to be shipped to your destination. International delivery usually takes about 10 to 30 business days. After processing and shipping, items usually take between 7 to 14 business days to arrive at their destination. Oversized items may take between 12 to 50 days to arrive at their destination. 

Note that many of our products are shipped from Japan and other Asian countries. Depending on which items are ordered, your items may be received separately, as we have three locations. 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

As we ship to countries worldwide, we are not able to determine the taxes and duties which may be charged for each country. Some items may be subject to taxes and duties. These include the new EU VAT charges. 

As of August 2023, the Customs Duty Guidance for shipping products to the United States, states that up to $800 USD in goods will be duty-free. The de minimis exemption, which allowed goods valued at or under $800 to enter the US duty-free, will no longer apply to imports from China and Hong Kong, starting May 2, 2025. 

The Customs Valuation Handbook for shipping products to Canada, states that up to $150 CAD is duty free, but taxes still apply. The limit for EU countries is €150 and for the United Kingdom the limit is £135.
